Enable i386 arch and install vulkan
sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
Lutris will not install Wine on its own, you must add the Wine repository and install the preferred version. For this guide we are going to be using
wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/Release.key
Install Battle.net Requirements for Ubuntu 18.04
As explained in this guide you need to install the following:
sudo apt install ttf-mscorefonts-installer libgnutls30:i386 libldap-2.4-2:i386 libgpg-error0:i386 libsqlite3-0:i386
Note that some of these packages may have been installed already.
Once the above packages are installed, you can install the Lutris script by going to Lutris Overwatch page
When all the steps complete you should see a Battle.net login screen, with this you can install Ovewatch as you would normally do on Windows.
